1. Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?
Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 30 days after it was delivered to you. More for info HERE
2. How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does delivery take?
We typically ship out all orders within 2-5 business days. maximum dispatch is 7 working days. if you have any questions regarding your order please contact us via enquires@rinmclothing.com.

3. Are your items true to size?
Yes, our items typically run true to size. You can view this using our size chart. HERE
4. Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we currently offer Custom orders via our ETSY store. HERE
5. Do you restock sold out items?
Our items are launched in season's so we would encourage that you purchase the item before its gone as we tend to release new styles based on trends and seasonal looks.
6. How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?
We generally respond within 24 hrs
7. How do I cancel my order?
We unfortunately will not be allowing order cancellation. To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it. Please refer to refund policy once order is received.
